PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Harper Skirt is a wardrobe essential.  Whether gathered or boxed pleated, the skirt flares from a flat waistband into a full, sexy silhouette.  The skirt features deep on seam pockets with an invisible zip closure.

The Harper Skirt sizes 0-20 are the same pattern pieces included in the Gigi Crop Top Set.

BEGINNER Includes an invisible Zipper closure, but a regular zipper can be used.
